Introduction
HeadUp is a revolutionary cervical collar for use in conditions that result in head drop. Originally the HeadUp was designed and developed for Motor Neurone Disease also known as MND and Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis also known as ALS patients but can also be used as a functional alternative for many conditions requiring head and neck support.

Award-Winning Project
The HeadUp is an award-winning project in collaboration with Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, the University of Sheffield and Sheffield Hallam University. The team was brought together by the NIHR Devices for Dignity Healthcare Technology Co-operative with TalarMade as their exclusive distributor of this revolutionary orthosis.
